I live in an area of the country where each season produces such great produce, so many varieties of fruits and vegetables, and copious amounts of local farms. Twice a month starting in August I’m going to start posting dishes featuring seasonal items found here on the west coast. Suggestions are always appreciated so if anyone has anything they want to throw my way, feel free!

Colorado lamb tenderloin, puree of cauliflower and truffle, caramelized apple, pistachio, sky hill goats cheese, cranberry “pudding”, watercress, local olive oil.
Last night at home: Diver scallops, gnocchi, buttered carrot and orange reduction, saffron bubbles, baby fennel, radish, & citrus.
Cauliflower soup poured tableside, duck breast, caramelized cauliflower, rosemary crostini, confit of fingerling potato.
pork chop and applesauce.
